About Us
We, Gabriele and Guntram, live in the beautiful Knüllwald on the A7 between Kassel and Bad Hersfeld, on a property of approximately 20000 square meters.
We bought our first dog in 1986 and that's how we got into dog sports. In 1987 we bought our first Giant Schnauzer bitch, Nanett vom Schösserholz.Elisabeth and Franziska with our first Giant Schnauzer, Nanett vom Schösserholz

Our breeding operation is now 31 years old and a lot has changed. Our family has grown considerably and we have grandchildren ranging from 6 months to 19 years old. So there's always something going on at our house.

In 1992 we moved to the Knüllwald forest and bought the Giant Schnauzer bitch Gloria von Lexow, on whom we built our breeding program. Gloria von Lexow's offspring include Eschta and Eyk vom Beisetal, Jason vom Beisetal, and our new young female, Tussi vom Beisetal.
We have one or two litters per year. This ensures that our puppies receive attentive care.
Our puppies receive round-the-clock care 24/7.
In our house there is a whelping room where our puppies are born and spend about 3 weeks.
From the beginning, we have placed great importance on a combined indoor and outdoor housing system with a very large run where our puppies can go outside day and night (in all weather).
The goal of our breeding program is to produce Giant Schnauzer puppies with sound temperament, good health, robustness and excellent conformation, not fashionable showpieces.
To achieve this, we only breed with dogs that have at least a companion dog test, IPO certification, or breed survey. Currently, all our breeding dogs have a companion dog test, IPO certification, and breed survey. All puppies receive a DNA test and vaccination.
But don't worry, we've been doing dog sports since 1987 and we have three children and two grandchildren where no dog has ever growled at a child.
Please don't worry that you now have to take your dog to a dog training field or to dog shows; what's important to us is that the dog is happy and lives in a nice family. It would be nice, though.
Dogs from the Beisetal valley are at home all over the world, whether as family dogs, guide dogs, guard dogs, rescue dogs, police, customs or federal border guards.
In 2000 we bought the female dog Jenny vom Kernberg VPG 3, Körung and mated her with

In May 2005, a 13-month-old female dog was returned to the Reusser Land kennel, and we decided to buy Caia.
Gabi and Caia have now successfully completed the BH, VPG 1, and breed survey tests. Caia comes from an absolutely hip dysplasia-free line (see below).
We are currently working with our young female dog Tussi vom Beisetal, who has received an IPO 3 Körung 1111 Very Good rating. Tussi is the sire of Jette vom Paderquell and Jason vom Beisetal.
